Busy on busy during calls

InboundPstnCallRoutingTreatment must be set to something other than "Use default settings" in order for BusyOnBusyEnabledType to be honored at all. The GUI "Let users decide" is the equivalent of the PowerShell "UserOverride"

While Teams is muted, hold both VOLUME buttons (volume "+" and "-" at the same time) for about 3 seconds. You will hear MUTE OFF.
